RICH DAD POOR DAD

Did you try the 20/20/20 rule? How did you feel? Did you face any challenges? Do let me know.

I am reading the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert T. Kiyosaki; if you haven’t read it yet then please get your copy or get the free audiobook available on YouTube, here is the link to it:  https://youtu.be/I9EKN06V6A4

This is one book which we must gift our kids if we want them to learn beyond the norm & avoid the rat race.

I want to share an example cited by the author to explain his point. He said ‘many people prefer death over public speaking because standing out from the crowd freaks them out, they are afraid of being ridiculed & ostracized’. And to avoid this fear the majority continue being a part of the rat race.

Each one of us is born with a unique gift but we lose it on the way to becoming ‘Average’. We become that ‘Average’ consumer of goods & products sold by a handful of people who dared to face their fears and chose courage to realize their dreams.

Remember it is only ‘fear’ that limits your growth. If you fear failure, you will never succeed.

Get comfortable with failure & ridicule if you want to achieve more than ‘Survival’.

Think about it and have a good weekend!

In the meantime, here is the link to my latest musing https://rashmiyadav.co.ke/life-is-unfair/

I hope you enjoy reading it.

Remember; you are unique & special because the creator chose to create you 🙂

Much Love,
